Mindfulness – single session
In a single session I support people with exploring and discovering mindfulness and meditation. You will explore how a nurturing and supportive regular mindfulness praxis can impact your life and learn how you can implement mindfulness and meditation in your daily life. If you are a group of like-minded people are more than happy to tailor a group session to your taste, interest, time frame and needs. In a single session you can invite an extra two people. So the maximum group size will be three persons.
A session is 1 hour and costs R780 (for up to 3 participants). (With 20% discount R624)
