Mindfulness Evening ‘Open Mind’ group session

Time: The group meets every second Tuesday evening from 19h15 to 20h30 over Zoom CET (MEZ).

This series lasts six weeks and includes three sessions.

What can you expect?

  • Personal check-in

Each participant does a personal check-in (as much as he/she wants) and shares with the group what is currently present in him/her. At the beginning of a series, we set a topic that we deepen over the three sessions. We do this in a playful way, where everyone can tell as much about themselves as is right for them. The approach to the sessions is a deep discussion with a philosophical background. By building trust, everyone has the opportunity to reveal as much about themselves as they see fit. Of course we try different meditation techniques to get in harmony with the body, mind and soul. Usually we have time for a guided meditation of 30-40 minutes.

Before we are done, everyone has the opportunity to do a short check-out. We end the session at 8:30 p.m. sharp.

Since we are meeting virtually, choose comfortable clothing and a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.

The number of participants is limited to ten people.

Pricing

The price for three sessions is SFR 75.

If you would like to register for all 6 evenings, this costs a one-off fee of SFR 130.

If you miss a session, there is no reschedule option or right to a refund.
