Mindfulness – Single session


In a single session, I support people with exploring and discovering mindfulness and meditation. You will explore how a nurturing and supportive regular mindfulness praxis can impact your life and learn how you can implement mindfulness and meditation in your daily life. If you are a group of like-minded people, I am more than happy to tailor a group session to your taste, interest, time frame and needs. In a single session, you can invite two people as extras, which will be three people in total for the maximum group size.
